Do you clean Eagle Crest vacation rentals between guests?
Yes, including recurring turnover schedules. Give us your changeover window when booking and we will work to it. Recurring service generally works out better than booking reactively after a guest complaint.
How quickly can carpet be ready for the next guest?
Touch-dry in three to six hours with air movers running under hot water extraction, or about one to two hours with low-moisture encapsulation for a tight window. Where there is heavy grit or odor we will recommend extraction and a longer window rather than compromise the outcome.
Does golf course sand damage carpet?
Yes, in the same way volcanic traction grit does. Turf sand is hard and angular, so it cuts carpet fiber underfoot rather than simply sitting on it. That is why it must be removed dry, before any water is applied, or it gets driven deeper into the backing.
Do you provide invoices for owner reporting?
Yes. Every job gets an itemized written invoice suitable for owner or property management reporting, and recurring service can be billed on a schedule.
